Clinton County Community Foundation approves more
than $302,000 in competitive grants for 2026!
Thanks to the benevolence of donors, the Clinton County Community Foundation is honored to offer an annual competitive grant program for eligible nonprofits and municipal entities.
From life-saving equipment to helping to grow good citizens; from supporting food banks to providing boots, shoes and socks to children and families in need; from helping victims of home fires to public park upgrades; from celebrating America’s 250th birthday to caring for animals; from beautifying Lock Haven and so much more, the Foundation’s competitive grants will impact a significant number of people.
Since its founding in 1968, the Foundation has provided millions of dollars in grants to support critical services for thousands of Clinton County residents, while also funding cultural, community betterment and public park improvement initiatives.
Each January, the board of directors gathers to review dozens of grant applications. For 2026, the Foundation received a 72 individual grant applications seeking approximately $950,000 in grant funding! Further, the applicants pledged to invest hundreds of thousands of dollars more to support their services and projects.
